Would you like to receive additional training for the mentor/teacher/coach that facilitates the mentoring program? The EmpowerEd Experipence has created a community for collaboration and provides ongoing coaching for mentors.

Having worked in education as a teacher and principal for 15 years, I consistently heard concerns from parents, teachers, and other administrators, about the many ongoing needs of students today.

Students don’t know how to resolve conflict
Students need to develop empathy
Students don’t know how to communicate effectively
Students are on their phones all the time
Students don’t show pride for their school or have no sense of ownership
Students don’t have the community they once had
Students need more positive mentors in their lives
We need more student leaders
How are young people going to learn these skills, if the adults do not model it for them and the students do not practice the skills?
And how are adults going to teach these concepts if they do not have the resources and training?

Regular Coaching and Training for Facilitators/Mentors.
Optional Opportunity to Bring Students to High Point Urban Adventures for Team-Building Experience on Lower and Upper Ropes Course! (Can also bring lower ropes course activities to school)
