Active Listening: Practice active listening without distractions for at least 15 minutes.

Healthy Meal: Prepare and eat one healthy meal together as a family.

Physical Activity: Engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity with your child (e.g., playing in the park, going for a walk).

Educational Activity: Participate in one educational activity, such as a homework session, puzzle, or educational game.

Acts of Kindness: Encourage and participate in one act of kindness with your child.

Screen-Free Time: Have at least one hour of screen-free time dedicated to family interaction.

Self-Care: Spend at least 15 minutes on personal self-care to ensure you are also taking care of your well-being.
