Kids and Young Adults are struggling to find Direction and Focus in an increasingly distracted world.

The increasing demands of a fast-paced, technology-driven world are enhancing negative outcomes on physical/mental health and executive function skills (especially for individuals with ADHD)

Young people have never been more anxious, depressed, sleep-deprived, lonely, inattentive, dependent (for constant stimulation), and physically inactive.

Though, it doesn’t have to be this way! With coaching and accountability, young people can learn the right tools and find their purpose in this world.

Parents are lost as how best to help their child find their way.

Parents are often mistakenly instructed to find a counselor or therapist for their child. Many children do not want to open up with a therapist or even have a hard time connecting with their therapist.

What the child actually needs is someone who can motivate them, authentically connect with them, help them find clarity about what they truly want, help them remove barriers to obtaining their goals, and provide tools and accountability

Do you have a child who is overly anxious, addicted to technology, distracted, procrastinates, unmotivated, lacking in direction, physically inactive, anti-social?

It is probably time to find them a coach. I have worked with young people for 20 years as a mentor, teacher, small group leader, assistant principal, principal, and now as a life coach.

One of my greatest strengths is connecting with young people to help motivate them define what they truly want. I have found that their is often a gap between the person they want to be and the current actions they are taking.

They know something is off, but they don’t know exactly what it is. They know they are spending too much time on social media and screens, but they also know they are not alone and this is the new ‘normal’.

Not all who wander are lost…. But some are!
